Floating Sound Bath Experience

Immerse yourself in deep relaxation during our first Floating Sound Bath Experience, a unique sensory journey combining the healing properties of water and sound. A first of its kind on the Fleurieu! Held in the warm, soothing waters of the hydrotherapy pool, this 40 minute session is designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and guide you into a meditative state.

Float on one of our Salti Boards or free float in the water. Enjoy the tranquil soundscape of singing bowls, chimes, and ambient tones designed to support inner stillness and energetic balance. The synergy of water and sound creates an unforgettable experience for the body, mind, and spirit.

Meet Jo Richards (Dreadlocks Drums) – a sound healer, yoga teacher, and wellbeing mentor with over 20 years of experience in drumming, music therapy, and holistic wellness. Jo has facilitated sound healing sessions across the UK and Australia, weaving together her deep connection to rhythm, water, and meditative sound to create truly grounding and transformative experiences.
